The Louisiana Bucket Brigade is committed to fighting for communities effected by pollution. For years, Louisiana residents have been experiencing health issues related to living nearby Petrochemical Industries. Established in early 2000, Louisiana Bucket Brigade’s mission is to advocate and amplify the voices of the residents living within these communities. I was approached for a freelance project by the company Nura, to create a logo design celebrating their 25 years of advocacy work.

I wanted the design for this logo to be cohesive within their existing brand guidelines. I approached this project wanting to highlight this amazing accomplishment while also showcasing their connection to their community. The skyline in the logo highlights their connection to New orleans, Louisiana culture, and the residents that reside there.
